Confirmation is a Catholic sacrament of mature Christian commitment and a deepening of baptismal gifts. Like Baptism and First Holy Communion, it is a Sacrament of Initiation for Catholics and a Sacrament of faith in God's fidelity to us.
While Confirmation is a distinct and complete sacrament in its own right, its purpose is to perfect in us that which was begun in Our Lady of Good Counsel offers the Sacrament of Confirmation to young adults of high school age.
We will announce Confirmation classes and the class schedule in the church bulletin.
